Are you transliterate?
You should be if you teach!
Ask yourself this question:

"On a scale of one to ten, how transliterate am I?"
 and...
If you don't even know the meaning of the word, give yourself a ZERO, google it  and get that score up!

Having teachers who are not transliterate in today's classroom is the equivalent of having an illiterate teacher in yesterday's. - babteacher
